This track was recorded in, oh, 2011 or so because a record company saw the live show and was like, "We'd love to put out your band on a 7" split. Whaddya think?" Pumped, I funded this venture and the band went into the studio. When it was submitted, the record label never replied though I would visit the record label owner and be like, "So what do you think?" and he would just give a non-answer or say something barely audible, then look at his computer. Finally, I just stopped asking.

In the world of dating, they call this "ghosting." But while most instances of ghosting leaves you feeling kinda bad, we were left with a nice recording and a document of this great Oakland lineup. Excellent harmonies, gentlemen!
